Hey all. Im in the Army, and also we commonly run every mon, wed, and also fri 2-4 miles. However it isnt constantly continuous, and it absolutely is no at a regular pace for me.

Running 2 miles on a track is no terrible. They incorporate that in the track events. 3 or 4 miles, yikes. 2, incredibly doable. Think of it as 2 4 lap groups.

Oh man, ns loved to run on the track. Mine specialty in college to be the 10k, therefore 25 laps. I chosen it because you could always keep track of your pace and also each lap I would reset mentally. Rather of 25 laps, I had fun trying to hit as many laps as possible at the same pace. I do 12 laps that the track periodically when injured - I generally sprint so do much much shorter distances.

I rest it down as i go. For 8 laps, focus first on law 2 laps. Great, you're 1/4 there.
